At Tema India, our specialization lies in both Thermal and Mechanical design, covering a wide range of equipment such as Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Shrink Ring Screw Plug Heat Exchangers (SRXTM), Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, Piping Spools, Pipe Connectors (RedLokTM), Feedwater Heaters, and Surface Condensers. Our adeptness extends across various industries including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Hydrogen, Polysilicon, Chemicals, Power, and Nuclear sectors. Engineering Capabilities

Mechanical Design

Mechanical design of various static equipment, including shell and tube heat exchangers, columns, pressure vessels, heaters, reactors, and power plant equipment like feedwater heaters, condensers, hairpin-type exchangers, double-pipe type exchangers, etc.

Checking the equipment for wind and seismic loads according to international standards such as IS-875/1893, ASCE-07, etc.

Designing equipment for FPSO, considering a combination of wind/motion loads and blast loads.

Conducting finite element analysis for non-standard design details not covered in international design codes. This includes nozzle-to-shell junction analysis, skirt-to-shell/dish trijunction analysis, complex tubesheet-to-shell/channel junction analysis, and analyzing thick flanged and flued expansion joints in heat exchangers.

Thermal design of power plant equipment such as HP heaters, LP heaters, condensers, etc.

Conducting special seismic analysis in Ansys for nuclear application equipment, including aircraft crash analysis and air shock wave analysis.

Hydraulic design of internals of pressure vessels in collaboration with our partners.

Evaluating the minimum pressurization temperature for 2.25Cr-1Mo equipment.

Engineering and design of platforms and ladders required or installed on pressure vessels and columns.
