TEMA India's CSR vocational training program, as approved by the Board, aims to provide vocational training to students in machining, welding and related tasks for a period of six months. Two instructors will be recruited for this purpose. Existing beneficiaries of vocational training will be conjoined with the new batch.
These initiatives are part of the company’s ongoing effort as a responsible corporate entity wedded to the welfare of its people and the community from which it draws its strength. On completion of training, students will be provided employment by direct absorption into the company or by indirect engagement (through manpower suppliers and other contractors). To facilitate enrolment, an announcement of this program will be published in local newspapers.
