We have one of the largest tube-hole drilling facilities in the country with the latest automated machinery. The drilling is in a single stroke which enables much lighter expansion when tubes are rolled into the tube-holes. The lightly-rolled joint minimizes work-hardening, axial extrusion of metal and distortion of the tubesheet and bundle. The life of the tube bundle is thereby greatly enhanced. |

We machine all gasket faces on the Horizontal Boring Machine, after complete fabrication and Heat Treatment of the Assembly, and just before buttoning-up and hydrotesting. This simplifies the leak-proof sealing of the gasketed joints, and has enabled us to offer up to 20 hydrotests during a single day. |
